Quick turnkey upgrade of home for new owner to move in after this 4 week project

The Brief: To modernise this Dunvegan home by replacing all the bathrooms and kitchen, changing all the floors and skirting, and painting the interior of the house.

The Project: The client had just purchased this dated home and wanted a quick overhaul to modernise the home as well as opening up the living area by chopping out some internal walls. The work completed included:

• Removing all the parquet flooring and old tiles and retiling the entire house
• Stripping the kitchen and two bathrooms and refitting the bathrooms and installing a modern kitchen
• Breaking out interior walls to create flowing interleading living spaces
• Building a pool and paving around the pool
• New lighting throughout the house
• Tiling the patio
• New doors throughout
• New skirting throughout
• Wooden floors installed in the upstairs TV room
• New geysers, addition of two showers and an external wash trough
• Cladding the fireplace and fitting a new mantle piece
• New cupboard doors
• Painting the entire house inside
