Bios Projects is a property development company focusing on residential construction and landscaping. We building our own homes for sale to the residential market as well as doing projects for clients who need new homes built, require alterations to their existing homes or are looking to develop their gardens.

Bios Construction CC is an National Home Builder's Registration Council (NHBRC) registered company which insures new home projects. Bios also has public liability and builder's risk insurance which gives our clients piece of mind.

David van Wijk has over 10 years project management experience in both large multinational corporations and in small companies. David brings his strong project management skills to the table as well as his ability to engage with clients and understand their requirements. He has a degree in Botany and Zoology from the University of Cape Town, an honours degree in wildlife management from the University of Pretoria and has studied garden landscaping. These are strong influences on his building and landscaping.
