Bios Projects is a property development company focusing on residential and commercial construction and landscaping in and around Johannesburg and Cape Town in South Africa. We build spec homes for sale to the residential market as well as doing projects for clients who need new homes built, require alterations to their existing homes or are looking to develop their gardens.

Bios Construction CC is an National Home Builder's Registration Council (NHBRC) registered company which insures new home projects. Bios also has public liability and builder's risk insurance which gives our clients piece of mind.
David van Wijk runs the Cape Town office. He has over 10 years project management experience in both large multinational corporations and in small companies. He has a degree in Botany and Zoology from the University of Cape Town, an honours degree in Wildlife Management from the University of Pretoria and has studied garden landscaping. David loves photography and playing waterpolo at his local club in Rondebosch.
John Ewing runs the Johannesburg office. John studied law and practised law for two years in Zimbabwe, before venturing out as an entrepreneur to start his own businesses. John has over 10 years experience running companies in South Africa and Zimbabwe. John is a fantastic people person and loves his sport. John plays cricket for a club in Fourways and travelled the world as a member of the Zimbabwean 7-aside rugby team for a number of years.
